Our Sponsors Thank you for your support!
Dear Friends and Partners,
We welcome and invite you to be a part of the 2023 Pride Festival of Central PA. This year marks our 31st anniversary of producing Central Pennsylvania’s largest Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) public celebration of Pride. In 2018, we made history for being the first Pride Festival in the nation to be held on the grounds of a State Capitol.
The 2022 Pride Festival, held on the Emergency Responder Plaza, marked our return to the Pennsylvania Capitol Complex. Over 5,000 members of the LGBTQ+ community, their supporters and friends openly celebrated for the first time since the pandemic shut us down in 2020 and ’21.
July 29, 2023 will witness Pride’s return to Soldiers and Sailors Grove, behind the beautiful State Capitol building. We will showcase what we display daily: our diversity, harmony and pride in who we as Americans strive to be—productive citizens of our great Commonwealth and nation!
As a project of the Black & White Party, a recognized 501(c)3 organization, we rely on the kind and generous support of corporations, local businesses and donors in the community to fund the success of Pride each year. PFCPA works hard to utilize your contributions in order to maximize the positive impact the festival will have on our local community. In fact, we were able to donate over $10,000 to local non-profit organizations such as projects of the Central PA LGBT Center, Central PA Womyn’s Chorus, Harrisburg Gay Men’s Chorus, Transology, and MCC of the Spirit.
This packet provides information about our organization, our sponsorship opportunities, the benefits, promotional items provided in exchange for sponsorship and other ways you can support PFCPA. We’re also happy to work with your organization or company to develop other sponsorships tailored to
meet your needs.
The Pride Festival of Central PA is proud of last year’s effort and extremely excited about PrideFest ’23! We enthusiastically look forward to continuing that work with your generous sponsorship. We express our sincerest thanks and appreciation of your consideration and support.
